COMPLAINT LETTERS. Purpose  To inform a company/person of your dissatisfaction  To request a remedy to a problem.

Three tones  tone is your attitude towards the audience. If there is a need to prevent pain from being angry, irritated, or arguing, you may have to wait one day to write this letter.

5 Who wrote it? Write a letter to those who can solve the problem, or be responsible for blaming those with poor service to you.
6 What is included?  Fact - 5 Wow WHO participation problem What's the matter? When did the problem occur? Why are not you happy? Desired question -  refund, exchange, or apology will be accepted
The 8 format "text paragraph" contains details of complaints. Includes as many dates / times as possible. Provide backing evidence for sending descriptive, but short original original receipts, guarantees, or cancellation check copies. Please take a picture of the damaged item and send it, or include it in the message if the item is small enough. Includes a list of the content and title "Enclosures:" sent under your signature.

There are many reasons to write a letter of complaint, but I am dissatisfied with individuals, services, products, situation. The purpose of the claim letter is to express your opinion in a manner that is polite and not aggressive. There are some hints to avoid writing yourself in the wrong way when creating a claim letter.
