The development of gender and policy and a new approach to understanding the language GEPI project is not just about creating new ideas and insights into gender dynamics in public institutions. One of its main objectives is to identify the methods and means of development that can be used to achieve the transformation of the goal of gender equality.
Conclusion To promote gender equality in public policy development, it is necessary to deepen the comprehensive understanding of gender politics involved in the process. The results of the research based on this paper showed that gender politics is formed by practices constituting the dominant gender dynamics in social formation and policy formation process. It is noteworthy that gender dynamics and gender politics are universal and unified throughout the public sector. Their diversity is based on the concrete composition of gender organization practices related to symbolic expression that characterizes division of labor, power and authority, emotional relationships, and policy decision process. Gender practice or specific allocation of gender systems in policy planning will provide opportunities and barriers to promote gender equality.
