Federalism
is the process by which two or more governments share power in the same
region. Government principles define the relationship between national
government at the national level and governmental agencies at regional,
state, or local level. According to the principle of this government,
power and power are distributed between the state government and the
local government, each unit is given power and power, only that is
exercised and other power must be shared.

The
term federalism comes from Latin foedus, which means "formal consensus
or contract". It involves inter-state and inter-relationships between
state and federal government. In the United States, the constitution
gives certain authority to the US government and the state government.
The
strongest claim against Federalism was written during the ratification
of the Constitution of the United States. Federal articles, 85 articles
by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay, were first published
in New York in 1787 under the pseudonym Publius. Their purpose is to
explain the advantages of the Constitution and persuade New Yorkers to
approve it. Almost all countries discussed federalism through the

A good example is how to
revise the Constitution. Congress proposed this idea and the state
approved it. Parliament can not revise the Constitution separately. It
needs to cooperate with the state federal system. Another example of a
federal structure is the labor union organization of the American Labor
Federation. In this organization, an independent local labor union forms
a national organization, but exercises considerable autonomy in its
operation and policy. Creating these federations rather than a single
(such as the UK) government or a federation government (such as an
Allied country) makes it easier for them to understand if they are
autonomous subunits (domestic or regional alliance) as the basis for
their national organization It depends on existence. In either case, the
central government needs to compete and negotiate with the surrounding
subunits, rather than implement them through universal duties to
implement national policies.

First, I will
study the Federal characteristics of the Constitution. Before explaining
the details, it is important to have a clear understanding of what
federation is. The Federal Government is a government system with the
distribution of constitutional powers and the judiciary plays a special
role in resolving conflicts that may occur between government levels.
Partial rigidity and partial flexibility of the Constitution: The
Constitution can be categorized as flexible and rigorous according to
the difficulty of the revision procedure. The flexible constitution does
not distinguish between constitution and customary law, so it is a
constitution that can be revised through ordinary legislative procedures
without any special procedures for revising the constitution. In
countries with a flexible Constitution, the legislature can not enact or
enact legislation and any court can not doubt the legitimacy of that
action.

The federal system of the United
States is based on the US Constitution. Any authority not stipulated in
the Constitution is reserved for the people or the nation. The
Constitution clarifies what the federal government permits. In the
Constitution, separation of authority, a series of checks and balance is
established to prevent individuals and groups from becoming too strong.
The three government departments of the United States are legislative,
administrative and justice. In the United States, the Constitution gives
Congress the authority to enact state laws. The Constitution also gives
the president authority to make decisions on US laws. In the United
States, the federal government can only do what is permitted under the
Constitution. Therefore, the power of the federal government is balanced
with the privileges and powers of the state and the people. If the
federal government is seeking more power, it has to change the
constitution.
