Defining Your Personal Leadership Style


I was told that "Please tell me your leadership style" in the interview, but I remember scaring. I feel that I can not fully answer this question. Because the term "leadership style" can cover many topics! Where are you beginning to explain about how to deal with complicated and subtle situations?
Running "Leadership Style" in web search will find many articles that define specific types of leaders, such as "dictators, democracy, etc." Knowing these types of guidance can be useful as you may find the truth in all of these areas and find guidance methods closely related to you. However, defining your personal leadership style requires a lot of careful experiments and deliberations to determine a unique factor that makes you the leader.

The leadership program defines leadership as "a process for people to achieve a common goal in an ethical and comprehensive manner".
